Requirement: University Degree/HND in Engineering
Details: Execute annual, quarterly, weekly and daily plans Execute preventive, corrective, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance plans · Work leveled to ensure no peaks and dips In activity Planned maintenance stoppages agreed with production planner (co-ordinate maintenance down time with production times) Job cards issued to specific technicians for specific times to conduct planned maintenance activities as per schedule Work allocated matches the skills levels of the technicians to whom it is allocated Work load allocated to each technician (hours) within specification Overtime or outside contractors authorized by section engineer All work completed is captured on a job card (planned & breakdown), Stores are informed of spares, tools and materials required ahead of time All required spares, tools and materials are available to technician in order to carry out work on job cards.

Details: Monitor and reinforce control on maintenance strategy execution in plant in alignment with country strategy Improves efficiency by increasing preventive maintenance across the plant and minimize breakdowns and reduce mean time between failures Contributes to preparation of, and controls annual plant maintenance budget ensuring sufficient funds to cover all routines and initiatives reflected in strategy & operational plans Ensures optimal spare parts and maintenance materials inventory management Actively participates and ensures the implementation of various infrastructure and process optimisation projects in Production Unit Develops business plans providing productivity improvement and stretchy targets for cost efficiency Actively participates and ensures the implementation of various infrastructure or process optimisation projects in Production Effectively applies business performance review management routine Prepares, presents and interprets Maintenance KBI's, makes recommendations which result in increased productivity and efficiency, reduces cost and improves customer satisfaction Ensures full use of SAP Plant Maintenance module to monitor cost and execution of all maintenance activities in plant
