Develop Job descriptions and Key Performance Indicators for all positions Consistently evaluate Jobs and advise management accordingly review of applications and resumes, evaluation of skill sets and recommendations to recruiting line head as regards applicant’s qualifications; supervise and co-ordinate employment test and interviews, Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
