Job Qualification:OND in Hotel and Catering
Job summary: Successful candidate will among other things perform the following duties: Assist in compiling varieties of menu; Assist in maintaining the best of food safety and hygiene standard; Ensure customers satisfaction and business plan; Ensure high customer oriented, computer literate and ready to work long hours and during holidays; Perform any other function as may be assigned by the Supervisor. Qualification OND in Hotel and Catering with minimum of Five (5) years’ experience performing similar role. Catering or hospitality background will be an added advantage.
