Position Summary The Technical Superintendent is responsible for coordinating the preventative and corrective maintenance of the entire fabric of the vessel, including equipment and furnishings. The Technical Superintendent ensures equipment is maintained and serviced to achieve the optimum economic life-cycle and predictability within its life-cycle. He/She is responsible for providing the necessary power and services to the drilling operations and other support operations.
