JOB REQUIREMENTS: Communicates with and coaches all Quality Department associates to ensure compliance with all plant, and Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental policies. Performs all duties of a manager as outlined in the Internal Responsibilities section of the corporate Health & Safety program manual. Is a safety advocate; leads by example by complying with all plant and Occupational Health and Safety policies. Manage and serve as a resource for the Production and Quality Control Lab teams.
