JOB REQUIREMENTS: Maintain inventory control and management process as well as develop policies and procedures as it relates to the functions Principal Functions Ensure completeness and accuracy of stock ID code management for all stock items at the various warehouse locations Prepare costing for commercial inventory items on receipts and issuance of stock items on an adhoc basis Ensure accurate validation for all stock items at month end Coordinate all activities as regards stock count exercise and conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly counts for internal and external purposes Carry out daily and monthly reconciliation of all inventory items by reconciling invoices, receipts, transfers and issuance of stock items.
