JOB DESCRIPTION: 1 Year with possibility for extension Background IFAD has since assumed direct supervision and coordination of its programmes in Nigeria, with progressive increase in the duties and responsibilities of the IFAD Country Office in Nigeria. In 2010, IFAD approved and transferred funds for the procurement of a vehicle through UNDP, necessitating the services of a driver/office assistant. From May 2012, the Country Programme Manager has been out-posted to Nigeria to further strengthen the programme delivery of the Portfolio. Consequently, the Driver/Clerk position is critical to the effective direct supervision of the IFAD portfolio in-country.
