Job Summary:Ensures orders are delivered on time and items meet the specification required. Prepares each Purchase Order (PO) file according to ICRC standards Ensures all required POs are entered and properly closed in the database Field Supply System (FSS). Follows up final payment and settlements with the finance and Water and habitat department Assist the field Sub Delegations/offices in case of need or upon request by the Logistics Delegate (travelling to other ICRC sites in Nigeria, follow up of the filing for the ROs validated in the capital, etc.)
