Job summary: The role will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient management of the Group’s financial resources and overall responsibility for the provision of corporate services to subsidiaries. Strategic, Budgeting and Planning: Oversee and drive the development of the Group’s financial strategy, work plans and programs, to ensure alignment with the Group’s strategy, goals and objectives. Provide overall guidance, leadership support and strategic direction in the execution of the Group’s finance function and activities. Oversee the development of the Group’s corporate budget and the allocation of financial resources. Coordinate the proactive monitoring and reporting of budget positions of all the business departments and units. Oversee tax planning to optimize the Group’s tax position and ensure tax compliance accordingly.
