Job Summary:Successful candidate report to the Group Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Real Estate business of the holding company. The candidate will have the responsibility to implement a management structure for the Property Development Division that provides for the efficient management of existing properties, and the development of new ones to ensure that annual profit and return on asset targets are constantly achieved.Minimum ten (10) years management experience in a construction environment (Added advantage), five (5) of which must be in a property development and real estate management organization
